- Thank people who compliment my art.
- Agree with people who compliment my art.
- Avoid deprecating my own art (for example with self-hating language in hashtags like #mystupidart or #Imsuchtrash).
- Avoid apologizing for my art.
- Avoid defending my art to people who aren’t interested in helping me grow for my sake.
- Do not accept or internalize criticism that comes without my consent.
- Share my older art from time to time as a reminder of my growth.
- Celebrate accomplishments and milestones.
- Write and talk about my art so I’m more aware of my choices.
- Take my art seriously, even if I’m being silly. Always respect myself.

So, to recap:

The skeethy, psycho white man – died. 👌
The brothers opened up about their feelings and (FINALLY) saw a therapist.
My nougat son, Jack got some closure, as well as some acceptance from Dean.
AND I got not one, but TWO Castiels– one of which who had a dubious British accent that was hot as fuck. (Yeah, he was kind of a dick… but I mean, Cas did wake him up from his peaceful and awesomely long nap. I’d be a dick too.)

Okay, but what about Dean being determined that Cas’ first time be as perfect as possible. Him googling how to finger a man open, but not wanting to risk hurting Cas so he tries it on himself first. He gets so into it, he doesn’t realize Cas is watching him from the doorway until Cas trails his hand down Dean’s back and over his hole. Dean gasping, begging Cas for more.
- Dean loving the feeling of Cas inside him. (◡‿◡✿)
- Dean urging Cas on: harder, faster Cas, come on dammit ( ✿ ◡‿◡)
