now i’m thinking about dean going to see brokeback mountain thinking it’s just a western and winds up leaving the theatre feel very exposed and like his heart was ripped apart

#this post was in my drafts for a couple of days  #and in that time I sat there thinking for a while  #and I made myself very upset over this  #imagining Dean coming out of the theatre all frail and staring at the floor  #not sure what he’s thinking  #and he says to Sam ”hey I’m just gonna—” and points at the bathroom  #and Sam’s like ”okay”  #and Sam just stands there for twenty minutes and he obviously assumes Dean is pooping  #but then he goes to find him and he hears soft sniffling sounds from the farthest stall along  #and he knocks on the door and gently asks ”…Dean…? you okay?”  #and Dean’s all sad and sniffy- and doesn’t even bother pretending to hide that he’s upset or what he’s upset about  #and manages to convey ”I just thought they were gonna be happy…”  #and Sam picks the lock on the stall and goes in and hugs Dean and Dean hugs his waist and sniffles  #and then Sam goes and buys him ice cream and they don’t talk about it ever again (via almaasi)
