Also please count this as my annual reminder to the writers of the DCBB that if it takes a while for an artist to pick your fic it does not mean that the artists think your fic is bad. Please do not panic about this. Artists look more at what fics fit with their own artistic style and abilities. That didn’t mean that the fics they pass over are ones they thought were bad, just ones that the didn’t feel like they could make good art for. Don’t get discouraged.
