One week ago, we held a tweet campaign to raise our concerns about Dean’s lack of storyline. Sending tweets to the following

for one hour, and I thought it went quite well considering it was organised at late notice.
Now we have decided to go one better, and organise a tweet fest during the weekend of ComicCon - which is the 19th to 21st of July. We’d like any fan who wishes for Dean to have a storyline to tweet the writers, producers, PR people and even the caterers if they have to. Whatever it takes. This can be at anytime during the weekend, so it is timezone friendly, with a concentration on Sunday the 21st - the same day Supernatural will appear. The hashtag to use is #StoryForDean.
Why ComicCon? Well, the fans (at least myself and my friends) are not too hopeful about the spoilers that will come from ComicCon this year. It could literally be a case of Dean who? After all, what is there to discuss about Dean after the finale, other than the usual schtick of Dean worrying about his brother and nothing else? Also, for some this years Comic Con will be a make or break situation, and they will base their decision whether to continue watching on what they hear that weekend.
So all in all I think it would a good time to express our wishes, and feelings and then reactions to the spoilers…or lack thereof.
We do however, hope to proven wrong.
If, by miracle, there are solid Dean spoilers..that Carver and co have acknowedged our concerns and/or remembered that Dean is a lead character and therefore worthy of the same attention in the writers room as the others…then we can all use this opportunity to tweet our appreciation, and make them aware that it is a very good thing, and they should continue for as long as possible.
Either way, I have a feeling that tptb will be paying attention to fan reactions that weekend, so lets show them how we feel.
