At first I assumed it was for the Impala, but the more I consider it the more obvious it seems that it is for a car he is unfamiliar with. There are a few things that point toward this:
10/30 in oil change - If this were for his own car, he would not need to specify in a list for himself which kind of oil to use.
USE C???P FILTER - again, he wouldn’t need to specify to remind himself which kind of filter to use if this were for the Impala.
CHANGE TO MANUAL FUEL PUMP and INSTALL ignition KILL SWITCH considering how long he’s had the Impala, these seem like things he would have done a long time ago
* LOAD & PREP TRUNK - loading the trunk could easily be for the Impala, but prepping the trunk? I think the Impala’s trunk has well and truly been prepped, so again, this looks like something he was doing to a different car.
So, if we can conclude from this that he was writing the list for a car other than the Impala (which I think we can reasonably do) then the question becomes, which other car would he be tinkering around with? One of the cars in the MoL bunker? Maybe.
But there was no reason for him to be doing that when he had other stuff to be worrying about–the mark of Cain, Metatron, etc. That would be a project for downtime that he didn’t have. So it must have been for a car that was being used, and that he wanted to make sure was running well, which logically, could only be Castiel’s Continental.
