yeah I mean just as it wasnt implied Dean/Crowley had sex it wasnt implied that the triplets had some kind of sex (with each other) either. It didnt even say sex, they did something "TO" the tripelts sounds, if it's even sexual, more like individual oral sex. And it's perfectly fitting to interpret it has having happened seperately since it wasnt specified. (also crowley seemed grossed out about dean having sex in his room, why would he be into it when with the triplets reference)
tbh I don’t think anyone (ie. actors) thought about it too deeply, certainly not deep enough to think it was meant to be Dean/Crowley in a sexual way
but yeah it’s bizarre and it was meant to be a throwaway line, nobody except the bi!Dean fandom are really going to assume anything beyond “Dean had sex with hot triplet chicks”
it was kind of a vague line, let’s be honest - so interpretation is everything here. my advice to you is to believe whatever the hell makes you the least uncomfortable.
I previously mention that I wouldn't watch and I haven't so I don't know if it was explicit but on the triplets thing another thing that makes me super uncomfy is that it seems to ride the incest train. I have a sibling but I'm not a twin so I don't know if it's different but the unfing twins, triplets, however high up you wanna go has always made me uncomfortable. (And it's not like it's just an SPN thing but that was a thing even back in S1 that just squicked me. Regardless of genders.)

I don think they even slightly implied something between Crowley/Dean it literally just said they done things to triplets that doesn't really implied the two got sexual with /each other/?? and crowleys other "he completes me" was, for me, just crowley usual over-the-top speech pattern bullshit he always talks like that, he wants Dean as a business parnter, we even saw him annoyed at this sexual antics
I think the implication was that they were willingly in the same room at the same time while one or both of them was engaging in sex (or something else) with triplets (of unknown gender - could easily be three dudes - seems perfectly possible given both Crowley and Dean are, essentially, pan/bisexual) …and then photos were uploaded to flickr
but yes, Crowley was just being Crowley, I agree it doesn’t say that Dean and Crowley were intimate with each other

I haven't watched the episode, and probably won't due to an active leaving of the show but not certain parts of fandom. But yes yes yes, right on point. Crowley flirts with everybody. He flirts, charms, etc. like people breathe air. It's just what he does.
