cockles in YANA unscripted videos: jensen gently rests his head on misha’s shoulder, they cannot stop giggling together, jensen is holding onto misha like he’s afraid he’ll disappear if he lets go, ‘what’s up tough guy,’ jensen pesters misha for what he’s going to get him for his birthday, they tell bad jokes and crack themselves up, cannot stop watching each other when the other isn’t looking, eyes flicking up and down the other’s face, then awkwardly acknowledging that there’s a reason they need scripts
If Supernatural didn’t have a script we’d just get hours of Dean staring adoringly at Cas..

I’d watch it.
But seriously, I think this is what they meant by not realizing people listen to them chatting on set. They’re so.. absorbed in each other in these unscripted videos. A bomb could be exploding nearby and I doubt the two of them wold notice.
So I just saw this post from @hotdiddlydean that I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere else so far and am currently flailing over this with @darkprinceincubus. (thank you for pointing this out to me!)
In the cockles video, after Jensen ‘shoulder boops’ Misha, Misha says a word that brings about all the laughter and jokes about the scripting and editing.
I think we all just assumed he said ‘Kay’ but he doesn’t because Jensen’s immediate reaction doesn’t make sense to Misha saying ‘Kay’. He says ‘Gay.’
He was calling Jensen out on his little ‘shoulder boop’ thing being too gay for their video. Knowing Misha, having the foot-in-mouth syndrome that he often has, completely forgetting for a second that he was also filming himself saying this, explaining his next reaction as well.
Jensen’s reaction to that is immediate shock when he pulls back and then starts laughing which is when they both get all flustered and start joking about being used to scripted television and having editors to deal with slip ups like that.
It also looks to me that Jensen gets a little flushed there. ;-)
I know I am sitting here with my tin hat on right now but SERIOUSLY? That makes the video SO MUCH GAYER!

I think Misha meant to say “kay” but it came out as “gay” and that’s why Jensen laughed. (haha… came out as gay…)
