It… is? I think. The more I think about it the more I realise how drastically I need to change it in order to publish it. See the thing is, I wrote the 280k that I currently have immediately after I wrote Angelhawke. (This is gonna be kind of a personal reply, fyi.)

I’ve had it on hiatus for 2 years, and it needs a lot of work, and it’s not even done yet (I think I actually still need to plan the final third of it - it’s currently at about 280,000 words)

but yes, I do intend to finish it and post it one day! it won’t be until at least this time next year though, if I could give an estimate.

Yup! PW will most likely be delayed until the end of 2013, if not early 2014, and I think I’ll stagger posting into chapters. I haven’t even begun writing The Riverboat yet, but I really want to. Eventually it will happen. In the meantime I have a loooot of WIPs and things that will be published soon.

I am. I’m stuck around 280k, I paused for a few months to write my DCBB instead (which was meant to be 70k but now it’s more than twice that). I have a whole bunch of other projects to round off, so by the time the Anastasia Dean/Cas fic is ready to publish, it might be around the end of 2013. (Don’t hold me to that, it’s liable to change!)

As for what I’m writing next, I thought I was 2 weeks from the end… 2 weeks ago. And I now still have 2 weeks of work to do on it. And I’m kind of in this limbo between hating it and loving it. I hope it’ll pull through, because it’s been five months of an annoyance and aughhgjhghj IT’LL BE FINE IT WILL oh my god /thumps head on desk

I agree. My Anastasia AU (261k and counting, as of tonight!) features Naomi as Cas’ grandmother. And I started writing this back in December, I guess I always saw her as a motherly/familiar figure. c:
