Ever since I read Try-something Tuesday by almaasi (that is an amazing Destiel UA that everyone should read) I got stuck with this idea in my head. Try-something Tuesday is basically a day in which you have to do something new, so every week isn’t the same, and It seems to me like a great idea to me.
So I decided to do it, and every Tuesday I’ll do something different or wear something that i never wear, or talk to someone i never talk… just something that will make my day a little less ordinary. It’ll be my 2014 Project. Today was day One
I had no idea how to start this, but in my way home back from school I decided to stop someone I don’t know in the street and say “I hope you are having an amazing day”. I was really afraid of doing it, and really shy, since it does sound really embarrassing, so I got home before i could make myself do it.
Call it fate or whatever you want, but the moment i got home i realized i had forgotten my phone at school, and I decided to walk back and take it (it is a 10 minute walk from home to school). Going back to school I saw this woman coming out from a shop, closing her bag. She didn’t look sad, but neither did she look happy, and i stopped her and said “I hope you are having an amazing day” before walking away like nothing had happened.
The woman said nothing, but I could see a small smile on her lips, and I felt so good. Somehow i made her day a little happier. I was the weird stranger that she would remember when she got home.
