the last gif the one where dean looks like he’s in love with cas..i just can’t put my finger on that expression/emotion

you know its like those romance novels/movies where its sort of like an established relationship and maybe things aren’t that good between them or they haven’t separated for some time  and the couple is finally out on a date and the guy..it just suddenly hits how much he missed the person next to him, how much he loved them or just remembered something-a small incident/gesture  that is just so quintessentially them 

and he just turns to look them and see them do the whole cute-sy eyebrow raise thing and what expression the one that you find oh so endearing and you just lean across the distance and place a soft kiss on their cheek

I think you hit the nail in the head. Dean in the last gif looks longing and remorseful, but at the same time, something was filling his heart. It’s like when you’re aware of loving someone who is sitting next to you but feels so far away because nothing is easy. Nothing.
