Summary: When Castiel was raised from Hell by unknown forces, dealing with a leather-jacket wearing angel called Dean was not exactly what he had expected. Forced together to try and stop the Apocalypse, the pair soon form an unlikely friendship. Yet destiny has other plans for the angel and his hunter. Dean is hiding secrets which could destroy the fragile trust the two of them share and then there is the mystery of what happened to Dean’s long-lost brother, ultimately confronting them both with what they are prepared to sacrifice to defend their family.
but cas preening dean’s feathers and dean making soft little noises of content and then cas says ‘you’re enjoying this too much’ and dean’s like 'wha- NO’ trying to school his expression but then he just gives up bc cas preening his feathers is too nice to pretend not to enjoy. 'mmmm ’s nice cas keep doing that’
I decided to kill two birds (lol) with one stone and participate in both the Reverse!Verse and the Letsdraw challenge, yay! I haven’t had a lot of free time to draw lately so I’m a little rusty, sorry y’all. I imagine that if Dean were Cas’ angel he’d be pulling all kind of dick moves, and Sam’s too good of a little brother to intervene (most of the time, at least until his patience runs out). Cas probably needs some magical ingredient or an Angel Feather for a spell and Dean’s just going to smack him in the face with his wings until Cas snaps.
Oh no but imagine how cute/sad this would be. Because poor Cas would just be one guy hunting down stuff all by himself until Sam and Dean come along. You want to talk about guardian angels? How sad would you be if all you ever did was drive around all by yourself killing stuff? The brothers would be a complete godsend even if they couldn’t help because holy crap that would be so lonely.
Heck, if the roles are completely reversed, does this mean that Cas would be addicted to demon blood when they met? Would Sam know and sort of hide it from Dean and try and help Cas figure it out? I just oh man. I didn’t know I wanted this. ;_;
I just imagine a poor little super-depressing human Cas enfolded in their arms and wings keeping him safe. :C Oh man.
