it looks like this

the most noticable changes are a) the fixed header (very annoying if you’re scrolling, makes everything feel top-heavy, and wide screen windows even shorter than they already are), b) missing white bar at the sides of posts (this has the upside of making things easier to see, but the downside of turning every fucking thing ever created before this week into a blurry mess), c) back-to-top button is in the wrong place and much smaller (I keep clicking in the wrong place. I see zero logical reasons for this change)

luckily, the xkit-extension “header options” lets me remove the fixed header, which makes a huge difference. it’s bearable, then. but there are plenty of other problems which I suppose we’re just going to deal with until the xkit guy rescues us :C
