I try to be a reasonable person about these things but when YOU literally say to Misha onstage in front of an audience that “all our wives have sex with you” it makes it DAMN HARD TO BE REASONABLE!!!
Because, my friends, my dudes, my buddies, this tweet is inaccurate. Not surprising, since it’s a livetweet from an audience member who probably couldn’t see the close-up of J2 and which one of them said what. BUT if you watch the full panel vids you will absolutely see that Jensen says this entire sentence himself. Here is the video link.
Misha says, deadpan, at 5:33 “the only reason my wife will have sex with me is that I’m on the show.”
He then stares unblinkingly across at Jensen which, ok, is just general Cockles behavior.
At 5:45 Jensen says, “that’s really the only reason that all of our wives” <pause during which he gestures at Misha and Misha seems to see where this is going and they say together> “have sex with him [me]” and then crack the fuck up.
Jared says, “I’ve talked to [unclear…Gen, probably, but maybe “them”] and I know that to be true.”
I must know WHY people are not freaking about about this more because I’m over here like YOU TOTAL FUCKING TROLL WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO US?! I mean it’s a joke, duh, and a joke that includes Jared but…but…but….<spluttering and incoherent noises of frustration>.
Especially since the whole poly thing is already in my head from the post I made earlier that has pictures of Jensen looking at Misha and Danneel in exactly the same way. THEY ARE GOING TO KILL ME AND I AM GOING TO THANK THEM FOR IT!!

THE SOFTEST THING IN THE WORLD IS JENSEN RECOUNTING HIS FIRST DATE WITH MISHA, HOW MISHA MAKING HIM EAT BRAINS AND SWEETBREAD JUST MADE JENSEN FALL MORE IN LOVE WITH HIM, AND HOW MISHA SEEMS SO TOUCHED THAT JENSEN REMEMBERS THE EXACT MOMENT THEIR RELATIONSHIP SHIFTED INTO SOMETHING MORE.
- Jensen’s “Hung out with a new friend today. Thanks for taking good care of me, brother.” posts on twitter and instagram seem to mean that it’s a real tattoo he got himself, not something fake for the show.
- 13x02 features a tattoo parlor where Jack gets his tattoos, and design of angel wings tattoo can be seen inside the parlor, but 13x02 got filmed a long time ago so Jensen’s tattoo seems to be unrelated to that.
- While it’s possible that a future Supernatural episode reveals that Dean actually got a tattoo back in that scene (they love showing us things later… especially regarding things related to Dean and Castiel), Jensen’s post seem to indicate it is an actual tattoo he got inked on his skin.
The possibilities imo are:
a) it is not a real tattoo, despite what seems from Jensen’s posts. Maybe he’s pretending he got a real tattoo for feels when it is revealed that it’s actually Dean’s.
b) Jensen got a wings tattoo, completely unrelated to what is happening in the show right now. The tattoo will be covered up in case Dean’s arms are shown. Bizarre since Jensen said he wasn’t going to get a tattoo as long as he was acting, because covering up tattoos for the job is a hassle. Which leads us to the next option
c) Jensen wanted to get a wings tattoo, he asked the show runners if it was okay, the show runners gave him the thumbs up because they were like ‘oh cool. It fits with the show. We actually had a whole episode with tattoos and stuff! We’ll actually show Dean having it!’
d) The show runners decided to have Dean get a wings tattoo. It was meant to be a fake tattoo like the anti-possession one, but Jensen was like, ‘wait that’s a great idea, I’m going to get it for real and have it on my skin forever because I love the concept!’
