You can’t convince me that they didn’t have Naomi program Anna to go after Sam, to go after the Winchester’s parents. Not after what we saw Naomi does. And keep in mind that Raphael and Michael were in the middle of psychological warfare with the Winchesters. That’s what Dean Smith was all about. That was what showing Dean the endverse was all about. To prove to them (Dean specifically) that fate could not be changed. That Dean had no choice be to say yes to Michael.
Anna was innocent. She was a victim. She did not deserve this.
