The song Dean was listening to at the very beginning of last night’s episode (you know…the song he was listening to while he laid to one side of his queen bed…clearly in need of someone to share his bed with) was “Lonely Is The Night.”

Why? Because that song has been in Supernatural before. When? In the very beginning of 4x02…during a recap focused on Dean meeting Cas.

No, I don’t think this was intentional in any way…but it does play nicely into my “It doesn’t matter what the writers do — the universe wants Destiel to happen and nothing is going to stop it” theory.
