1-2 This convo is really interesting becasue it brings up something I always wondered. I thought being extroverted and introverted relates to the feelings of being engersized by around people or without people. I'm introverted not because I'm socially anxious but because being around people too long mentally exhauts me. and being by this definiton both Dean and Cas are extroverted imo (if thats what those words mean lol). Dean needs people to the point where it's unhealty and depentend he *cant*
2-2 be alone. Cas imo does gravitate towards surronding himself with people too the angels all seem to be telepatically linked (which would be an introverted persons nightmare) and cas remarks upon his loss off being “truely alone” in 9x03. Cas never seems to enjoy being alone, like an interovert needs to re-energize, but wants to surround himself with the people that he cares about. idk tho if this is correct

Yes, being introverted means you’re energised away from people (or perhaps with one close friend), being extroverted means you’re energised with people around. But with regards to Dean, being an extrovert and needing people around to stay safe and sane are completely different things.
Let’s start with Cas, though.
