tumblr, I have a question

This DCBB fic that I wrote is 415,000 words long (that is not a typo)

and it’s still being beta’d frantically

because my posting date is tomorrow

and we still have ~80k to beta (this is something like the 8th read-through, though. it’s certainly publishable, it’s just not perfect)

now, I would love to be able to publish and already have a PDF completed

but given the rate we are working, we will not be done for another 3 or 4 days

I figure that no human on earth who reads Dean/Cas fics can possibly complete reading the initial 335,000 words within 4 days, whether in PDF form or on LJ or AO3

so my question is this: would it be a good idea to publish an incomplete PDF with only the first half? - and include a note both on LJ and on the PDF informing people where to go to get the other half (in a complete single-file PDF)
