I don’t know what you were going for, exactly, but you made this the most Destiel thing you could ever make it.

You made Dean break completely over Cas, his ‘betrayal’, and later his death. You did this, this WHOLE episode of Dean drinking, lashing out, saying over and over again that Cas is gone and horrible and isn’t his Cas anymore like he’s trying to keep himself convinced.

You made Dean into a bitter, depressed, hopeless man, broken by the loss of someone who can get that deep, who was that deep under his skin. And then you tried to act like Cas didn’t matter. Too late.

So, you might fucking suck, but you gave us as close to christmas as Destiel shipper are ever going to get. For that, thanks, for the rest of season seven, please exit the earth.
